Charity Rides Day

Forest passenger rides in Rally Cars for charity.

Latest: Subsequent to a visit by Carl as to the suitability of the proposed venue, we are pleased to say that the event is looking a distinct possibility. Sometime in June / July will be the time of year that we are hoping to go for. Carl has had interest from a number of drivers with cars and also paying passengers. We are looking into the possibility of doing a charity day consisting of taking paying passengers for a ride in rally cars along a forest stage. This will give the passenger an insight in to the world of rallying and an experience they will remember for quite some time.

At present we are looking for people that would be interested in taking a passenger ride in a rally car through the forest, this is to see what interest there is in this project and to see if there is a demand before we spend money on the organizing of this event.

If there is sufficient interest and the day goes ahead, all money raised will go to the Wales Air Ambulance charity as supported by the club.
